You can book at any time via WhatsApp. We recommend booking at least 3 days ahead for weekend trips. For instant or same-day bookings, please WhatsApp us to check driver availability.

Yes, please indicate the correct number of infants or children in your booking details, allowing us to advise on a suitable vehicle.

Payment

We offer multiple payment options, including DuitNow, cash to the driver upon arrival, and bank transfer (preferable).
All our taxi charges are per vehicle, not per passenger.
All charges are transparent, with the exception of toll fees (per trip) and peak season surcharges, which will be communicated via WhatsApp.
Certainly! Soft copies of receipts are sent by email after each completed trip. Please indicate your preference during booking.
Yes, each additional pick up or drop off incurs an additional SGD10 charge.
Currently, we only accept payment in Singapore dollars and Malaysia Ringgit.
Peak season charges apply during long weekends/holidays due to the high demand for vehicles.
Absolutely! Kindly indicate this during booking, and receipts will be sent by email after each trip.
Occasionally, due to scheduling, we may provide a different vehicle. No worries, as there are no additional charges – consider it a free upgrade!

During Journey

No need. Stay comfortably inside the taxi throughout the entire journey.
Both routes require toll fees, but we encourage Second Link to avoid peak hour traffic.
Approximately 2 hours, depending on checkpoint traffic conditions.
Depart before 8 am on Saturdays and before 3 pm on Sundays for normal weekends. Earlier departure is recommended during long weekends.
Tipping is optional and depends on your satisfaction with the driver’s service
No, eating inside the vehicle is not allowed, even for light meals or snacks.
We will schedule a replacement vehicle, aiming to arrive within an hour for nearby locations.
Normally, for same-day returns, the driver remains the same. Any changes will be notified promptly.
The choice depends on the most convenient route and traffic conditions for the day.
Currently, WIFI is not available. However, for Toyota Alphard or Hyundai Starex, we offer a DVD player upon request
Yes, a change of vehicle in Johor Bahru may occur for clients traveling outside of Johor Bahru. The vehicle type for the change will remain the same.

Airport Transfer

Waiting time charges apply, but providing your flight number allows the driver to track your arrival.
The driver will contact you upon arrival, and driver details will be sent in advance.
We recommend at least a 5-hour buffer to avoid unexpected incidents
We understand, but the extra time is a precaution for unexpected events. You can choose a later time, but we won't be liable for missed ferry/flight.
Certainly! Inform us ASAP, and we will reorganize your transfer.
